Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting’s client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Specialist to join their team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain and update financial records in the Sage ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work closely with customers and internal departments to address any issues related to accounts receivable.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support business decisions and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant financial regulations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable function.
- Experience in accounts receivable management within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Sage ERP software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data management.
Monday to Friday, first shift.
BenefitsThe company offers a competitive salary range, with the maximum pay of $40 per hour and the minimum pay of $32 per hour. Additional benefits may be available as part of the compensation package.
