Join to apply for the Digital PCR Specialist role at Tri-Valley Career Center. As a Digital PCR Specialist for Bio‑Rad, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for our Digital Biology portfolio across the Mid‑Atlantic region. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) product line to a diverse range of for‑profit and non‑profit customers, helping them leverage Bio‑Rad’s innovative solutions to achieve their research and clinical goals.
HowYou'll Make An Impact
- Meet and exceed regional revenue and growth targets.
- Promote and sell Bio‑Rad Droplet Digital PCR instruments.
- Build, manage, and grow the digital PCR opportunity funnel and build strategy to help execute strong digital PCR funnels for the region.
- Partner with sales peers:
Account Executives, Account Managers, and Field Application Scientists to meet territory goals in Droplet Digital PCR. - Proactively manage SFDC on a daily basis and communicate with your Regional Manager on activities, market trends, and opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing and other cross‑functional teams to deliver market insights, competitive intelligence, and accelerate the adoption of the Droplet Digital PCR portfolio.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Work Experience:
Minimum of 12+ years of sales experience within the Life Sciences market and/or combined years of experience with advanced degree. - Highly Motivated with a demonstrated record of success.
- Proven sales experience in selling in the Genomics space. Digital PCR experience is a plus.
- Can work closely with team members within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%) to support regional growth and customer adoption of Droplet Digital PCR.

CompensationThe estimated base salary range for this position is $133,900 to $184,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
