Practice Description
FQHC needs additional Family Medicine provider to work outpatient and supervise nurse practitioners. Monday‑Friday 9‑5 clinic hours, but a 4‑day 10‑hour schedule may be considered. No on‑call is required. Competitive salary plus RVU incentive. Commencement bonus of 10,000, relocation assistance of 5,000, and student loan forgiveness. Visa eligibility will be considered.
