Dental Treatment Coordinator​/Insurance Coordinator

Job Description: Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits (PPO plans only). No HMO. No Medicaid. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. • Strong understanding of PPO plans, coverage, and dental insurance guidelines.
• Reviewing insurance benefits, frequency limitations, downgrades, and out-of-network coverage with patients and explaining estimated costs.
• Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Accurate treatment planning.
• Scheduling patients efficiently and managing the daily schedule.
• Coordinating patient flow and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
• Updating and maintaining accurate records in the dental software.
• Communicating with patients about follow-ups, financial arrangements, and upcoming appointments.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and office protocols.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and follow-up communication.
• Insurance verification for patient plans and coverage.
• Maintain AR (Accounts Receivable) report current and up-to-date.
• Post insurance and patient checks to accounts.
• Send insurance claims promptly and track payment status.

• Dental office: 2 years (Required).
• Front Desk Dental: 3 years (Preferred).
• Ability to Commute:
