Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Benefits Data Analysis & Research Analyst for a 6 month contract and fully remote Role (Bay Area, CA candidates only).
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Data Analysis & Research Analyst to support pension-related benefits operations. This role centers on reviewing case-based employee data, identifying and correcting discrepancies, researching information across multiple systems and performing high volume, accurate data entry in a fast paced, independent work environment.
- Review and validate employee data within assigned cases
- Research discrepancies across multiple internal systems and scanned documents
- Correct data issues tied to employment events, LOAs, and pensionable hours
- Perform high volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
- Utilize Excel for simple pivot tables and basic analysis
- Work independently in an online setting while handling a high case volume
- High School diploma/GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - 2-5 years of experience in a related field
- Excel and Word required; HRIS platforms preferred
- Strong research, analytical, and data entry capabilities
- High attention to detail and investigative mindset
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems quickly
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Self-starter with a high sense of ownership - Proven ability to operate in a fluid, cross functional, matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative, collaborative mindset
- Ability to build strong partnerships across teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
