Senior Product Manager – Finance & Accounting (Fulltime, Hybrid)

, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and delivery of our core product capabilities.
- Lead discovery with Controllers, CFOs, and finance leaders to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics for Finance and Accounting AI.
- Own the roadmap for one or more product areas from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, and detailed user stories.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product increments.
- Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, cycle time, user satisfaction, and accuracy or quality metrics.
- Work with GTM and Customer Success to support rollouts, enablement, and ongoing customer success.
- Collaborate with other PMs to ensure a cohesive experience across products and modules.
- Mentor junior PMs and analysts and contribute to product culture and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS.
- Direct exposure to operational finance and accounting processes; hands‑on experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
- Proven track record of owning a product area end‑to‑end and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong discovery, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM.
- Comfort working in an early‑stage, fast‑changing environment.
- Experience with AI or automation in finance or accounting is a plus.
Hybrid – Pleasanton, CA. This role requires on‑site presence at least three (3) days per week in our Pleasanton office.
