Job Duties:

+ Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.

+ Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

+ Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy.

+ Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

+ Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and support.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

+ Mentor and support entry level accounting staff.

Requirements

+ Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or related field

+ A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting in a variety of industries.

+ Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

+ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel skills.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively with diverse teams.
