Ledgent Finance & Accounting is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage essential accounting functions and contribute to the organization's success. This role is 100% onsite and is a temp-to-hire position, providing room for growth and development within the company.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivables with precision and attention to detail.
• Process payroll using ADP/WFN for over 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize intermediate Excel skills to maintain and analyze financial data effectively.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• 3+ years of experience with ADP/WFN payroll processing for a large employee base.
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to manage data and perform calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Monday to Friday, first shift, providing a consistent and balanced work schedule.

Offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from $25 to $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This position is 100% onsite, allowing for hands-on experience and collaboration with the team.
