As our Entry-Level Storm Water Technician, you'll earn a competitive wage of $20.39 to $29.49 per hour
, depending on experience. We also offer a full suite of benefits

Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Utah driver's license
• Current CDL or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and safety practices
• Knowledge of basic practices and methods of pipeline repair and construction
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to perform routine job tasks, such as mowing and weed maintenance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be on-call during assigned periods
• Learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

This is a full-time public works position with a consistent schedule and participation in an emergency on-call rotation.

As our Entry-Level Storm Water Technician, you'll spend your days maintaining roads, sidewalks, and storm drains, operating heavy and light equipment, clearing debris, patching asphalt, and plowing snow. You'll be part of a team that responds to emergencies, keeps infrastructure safe, and ensures our city stays clean and functional, rain, shine, or snow.
