Position: Warehouse Associate I

Job Summary

Responsible for order fulfillment activities at the Market Unit Distribution Center, including all functional areas of distribution operations and warehousing. This includes, but is not limited to, Receiving, Put-away, Replenishment, Customer Order Fulfillment, Dock Activity - Shipping, Inventory Cycle Counting, Sanitation, and Maintenance. Daily assignments support these activities, along with other duties as determined by supervisory staff.

Hourly Rate: $21.43

Responsibilities

Accurately pick, sort, put away, and stage customer orders according to product code, lot number, and requested quantity.

Inspect trucks/containers for temperature and cleanliness; report abnormalities to management.

Organize the dock and prepare for inbound and outbound shipments.

Notate and report discrepancies and damages to the Supervisor per SOP.

Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities, and document completion.

Pack customer orders in compliance with instructions on the order form or ERP system.

Protect products from loss or damage during packing.

Process parcel shipments using Ship Station Meters, palletize packages for transfer to carriers.

For LTL shipments, scan, palletize cases, weigh, and stretch-wrap truck orders.

Create, check, or print BOL, packing slips, and stage for shipping or receiving.

Verify and compare identifying information and counts against records.

File all receiving and shipping documentation at delivery/receipt.

Input receipts into SAP using RF scanners and terminals.

Load and unload trucks as assigned.

Support inventory cycle counts as required.

Follow all safety guidelines; report hazards; attend safety training.

Operate material handling equipment safely.

Learn and comply with SOPs and regulations for handling Dangerous Drugs and Medical Devices.

Maintain cleanliness and meet GMP requirements.

Perform duties as assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor.
