Security Officer - Part Time - Overnight

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving calls for assistance, assessing conditions, and communicating updates to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, verify identification and/or access credentials when required, and assist with visitor management and delivery coordination in accordance with site procedures;
Complete detailed shift documentation such as patrol activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance or hazard observations, escalating concerns through the appropriate channels
