Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a friendly, team-oriented outpatient clinic environment. This role is assigned to support a physician and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a structured weekday schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide nursing support to an assigned physician in an outpatient setting
- Coordinate surgery scheduling and post-operative care
- Administer medications and immunizations per protocol
- Manage physician in-basket tasks using Epic EMR
- Assess, triage, and respond to patient needs (including phone triage)
- Facilitate diagnostic testing and patient education
- Deliver care utilizing the nursing process while ensuring compliance with established standards
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm
- No weekends or on-call
Required:
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current BLS and/or CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
- Prior clinical experience
- Med-Surg experience
- Experience with Epic EMR
Compensation
- Starting pay at $28.25/hour
- Additional 3% increase per year of RN experience
