Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Clinic
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a friendly, team-oriented outpatient clinic environment. This role is assigned to support a physician and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a structured weekday schedule.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing support to an assigned physician in an outpatient setting
  • Coordinate surgery scheduling and post-operative care
  • Administer medications and immunizations per protocol
  • Manage physician in-basket tasks using Epic EMR
  • Assess, triage, and respond to patient needs (including phone triage)
  • Facilitate diagnostic testing and patient education
  • Deliver care utilizing the nursing process while ensuring compliance with established standards
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am-4:30pm
  • No weekends or on-call
Qualifications

Required:
  • Active Wisconsin RN License
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current BLS and/or CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (or ability to obtain within 6 weeks of hire)
Preferred:
  • Prior clinical experience
  • Med-Surg experience
  • Experience with Epic EMR
New graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with prior healthcare experience!

Compensation
  • Starting pay at $28.25/hour
  • Additional 3% increase per year of RN experience
