As a Supervisor - Warehouse Operations, you will be part of the manufacturing support team supporting cleanroom and production activities. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleanroom staff, including extrusion operators, packers, material handlers, and quality personnel.
• Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with ISO 7 cleanroom protocols.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on cleanroom procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient production flow.
• Address and resolve issues during production, including equipment malfunctions and quality concerns.

• Ability to work safely, following all safety policies and proactively enforcing safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.fd
