Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in blown film extrusion, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Set Up Tech/Blown Film Extrusion Operator to join their team. Job Title: Set Up Tech/Blown Film Extrusion Operator

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay Range: $19.50-$26.50

Shift: Night Shift (18:00-06:00)

• Perform equipment setup and startup for extrusion lines, bag machines, winders, printers, and inline converting equipment.
• Ensure product quality by monitoring production processes and minimizing material waste (scrap).
• Adjust machine settings such as web guide, tension, width, and other parameters to optimize performance.
• Supervise and provide guidance to team members including packers, mixers, and other lead operators.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and GMPs.

• Experience in maintenance, machine setup, and machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
• Ability to interpret job orders and raw material specifications accurately.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation practices.
