Pay: $121,000 – $185,000 per year.

Location:

12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 (Corporate Headquarters). All positions are on-site.

• Architect, design and deliver highly available, reliable and cost‑effective hosting solutions.
• Obtain requirements from end users, department heads or other IT discipline teams.
• Provide guidance, leadership and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services initiatives.
• Architect solutions and perform POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation.
• Work with other teams to create an architectural model before moving forward with POC.
• Document, implement and review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures and solutions.
• Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster IT Hosting Services architecture discoveries.
• Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster effective Risk Management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change and problem management.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix.
• May require travel to branch and international locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage in a matrix and global organization.
• Uline does not participate in the H1‑B lottery.
