We have an exciting Maintenance Technician II opportunity based in Pleasant Prairie, WI (in-office, full-time).

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $31.00 – $34.00 + $1.50 shift differential
- Annual Salary Range: $67,600 – $73,840 (USD)
- Shift: 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Note: Candidates assessed at Level 1 will start on the lower end of the scale, with the opportunity to advance to Level 2 following reassessment.
The Maintenance Technician II supports manufacturing operations by performing multi-craft equipment maintenance, emphasizing reliability and sustainability of production machinery. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs across motors, conveyor systems, and other plant machinery. This role may also contribute to process improvement and problem‑solving initiatives within the maintenance team.
General Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent (2‑year technical degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated skills.
- Strong mechanical and electrical background.
- Proficient with computers and CMMS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- Familiarity with shop equipment (drill press, band saw, portable power tools).
- Skilled at reading and interpreting precision measuring devices.
- Ability to train and mentor other technicians.
- Strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
- Completion of certification testing required.
- Availability for a one‑on‑one phone call with the manager, followed by an onsite interview if advanced.
- Willingness to complete a 2–2.5 hour online Assessment Test
. - Proven hands‑on experience repairing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment (with details on past employers’ products and machinery).
- Clear record of electrical experience from previous Maintenance Technician roles.
