About this Job
Nosco is looking for a Pouch Operator on second shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. As an employee owner in this position, you will set up and safely operate the pouching equipment, comply with customer specifications, while maintaining the highest levels of quality.
In this role, you will…- Safety must always be practiced and be a priority.
- Operate available equipment to ensure production objectives are met.
- Cross‑train to be able to run all finishing assets in the flex pack line.
- Perform minor preventive maintenance, repairs, and report any mechanical defects to manager or technical lead.
- Ensure quality system procedures are followed at all times.
- Employee engagement.
- To be in line with department objectives on MR times and footage. Also Run % and rate.
- Fully trained on both laminators plus poucher and trimmer.
- Responsible to keep PM log book up to date with no late and keep down time to a minimum.
- To be line with department objectives on Quality metrics.
- Including teamwork and working OT when called upon to ensure department meets all needs for customer satisfaction including OTD.
