Production Manager Base Pay Range

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Pleasant Prairie, WI – Relocation available
• Commutable from:
  Kenosha, Racine, Winthrop, Zion, Beach Park, Milwaukee

• Implement the facility’s mission and long‑term goals to drive ongoing improvements and maintain alignment with corporate production objectives.
• Lead and manage daily activities of production supervisors, ensuring clarity in duties and expectations.
• Promote strong workforce engagement, skill‑building, and coaching to achieve high standards in output, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Clearly relay performance updates and follow‑up actions to staff and leadership teams.
• Capable of stepping into the Plant Manager role during brief periods of absence.
• Work closely with planning and materials teams to improve schedule performance and overall customer satisfaction.
• Partner with HR to properly handle employee concerns and ensure timely and appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with finance to build and manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring spending and targets remain on track.
• Launch cost‑reduction initiatives related to staffing efficiency, production standards, and material yields.
• Maintain safe, compliant, and well‑controlled operations across all plant activities.
• Guarantee adherence to all regulatory, quality, and specification requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product development and execution of plant‑based testing.
• Create annual production budgets and regularly track performance against planned commitments.

• 7+ years experience in supervisory/manager role.
• Must have bakery manufacturing experience (essential).
• Analysis skills for problem solving and decision making.
• Problem‑solving skills using tools such as FMECA’s, RCA’s, and SPC.
