AboutThe Role
We are partnering with a leading North American distributor known for its large-scale operations, long-term stability, and decades of growth. Our client is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to support the creation, automation, and maintenance of enterprise platform solutions. This role plays a key part in powering microservices architecture, strengthening CI/CD capabilities, and ensuring reliable, secure platform performance across a fast-growing environment.
Job Description- Plan, automate, and deploy the platforms that support enterprise microservices.
- Build and maintain secure, efficient CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
- Own and support the software packages you manage, ensuring reliability and strong performance.
- Monitor platform health, optimize performance, and enhance security on an ongoing basis.
- 5+ years of experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Open Shift, or Docker Swarm.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Dev Sec Ops tools such as JFrog Xray, Sonar Qube, Red Hat ACS, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of networking, DNS, and security fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Kubestronaut certification.
