Uline is hiring a Solution Analyst, Business Intelligence, for its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie. This full-time onsite position supports enterprise data warehousing and analytics initiatives for one of North America’s largest distributors of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

As a Solution Analyst (Business Intelligence), you will drive analytics initiatives that enable enterprise-wide reporting, decision-making, and operational visibility. The role focuses on gathering requirements, designing data warehousing solutions, and ensuring accurate and reliable analytics outputs.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into structured data models and scalable reporting frameworks. Responsibilities include documenting data processes, maintaining conceptual models, supporting governance standards, and training users on business intelligence tools.

This position is fully onsite at Uline’s Pleasant Prairie headquarters and requires strong SQL expertise and familiarity with data warehousing best practices.

• Evaluate business requirements and recommend data warehousing solutions
• Develop Scope Analysis documents and Source-to-Target mappings
• Create and maintain conceptual and logical data models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support enterprise data governance and quality initiatives
• Train and assist users in leveraging BI tools effectively
• Assist with user testing and validation processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and requirements gathering
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics concepts
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with Power BI (preferred)
• Familiarity with Informatica (preferred)
• Ability to work onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI
• U.S. work authorization required (no H-1B sponsorship available)
