Position Responsibilities- Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related collaboration technologies.
- Provide system support and troubleshoot any issues.
- Analyze and report on system performance, recommending improvement opportunities.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows.
- Stay current on best practices, emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Power Shell.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
