Travel Nurse Source  is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, 53158!

Must have strong CRRT skills
Must include 2 supervisor references within 1 year and one from the most recent/current assignment in hand at submittal
Must float to IMCU (stepdown) if needed

Description:

This position requires a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit.
The shift will be nights with a schedule of 4x12 hour shifts.
The candidate must have a compact nursing license.
Possession of BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification is required at the time of submission.
The individual must demonstrate strong skills in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
Two years of recent ICU experience is necessary for this role.
The candidate must also be prepared to float to Intermediate Care Unit if needed.
Clinical responsibilities include managing ventilated patients and administering emergency medications.
This position may involve accessing and managing ports, arterial line management, and performing phlebotomy.
The Registered Nurse will be expected to handle various complexities, such as management of dysrhythmias and ventilator management.
The ideal candidate will have experience with charting systems and be familiar with various medical equipment.
The unit's patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics.
Additional responsibilities may include collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
The Registered Nurse must adhere to infection prevention protocols and maintain compliance with all nursing standards.
Flexibility in scheduling is essential as weekend coverage may be required based on staffing needs.
The position does not allow for accommodations regarding latex allergies.
