Responsibilities- Join the travel team as a Physical Therapist in a SNF unit setting in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
- Provide patient-centered PT services as part of a full-time travel contract.
- Active WI SNF unit license.
- 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience.
- Position begins on 12/26/2025 and ends on 03/27/2026.
