We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Green Bay, WI. If you have a strong technical background and a passion for customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on with high-quality packaging machinery across North America.

• Install, commission, and maintain packaging machinery at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure optimal machine performance
• Provide operator and maintenance training to customer teams
• Perform equipment upgrades and modifications as needed
• Collaborate with customers to improve machine efficiency and performance
• Document service activities and customer interactions for ongoing support and relationship-building
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve technical solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and communication

This position requires 50-60% travel across North America, including occasional trips to our headquarters in Germany (based on scheduling needs). Some travel may be on short notice to support emergency customer situations. Typical work hours are Monday – Friday, with flexibility required for night and weekend work depending on project needs.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED (Preferred: 2-year associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent experience)
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, and servo systems
• Field service experience is a plus; prior experience with packaging equipment is highly desirable

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to train customers and document service work
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to changing schedules

  Ability to use diagnostic tools, software, and email communication
