Manager Maintenance - Electrics Start: immediately in Pleasant Prairie, WI / United States Permanent position, Full-time
HARIBO of America Manufacturing, LLC seeks Manager Maintenance-Electrics to direct day-to-day operations of electrical dept of the Pleasant Prairie, WI mfg facility.
Standard M-F (day shift) schedule, plus on call 24/7 for onsite support.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor s in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related plus 5 yrs exp working w/ electrical systems & programs in a confection mfg environment; or 7 yrs exp working w/ electrical systems & programs in a confection mfg environment.
- Exp must include 2 yrs leading teams or projects; designing, developing, installing, commissioning, supporting, & providing technical training related to Siemens PLC-based controls; troubleshooting ladder logic; & working w/ CPU back plains, I/O boards, & Ethernet.

Compensation and BenefitsTarget Hiring Pay Range: $128,000 to $170,000 annually
This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting. Please note, a candidate s offered annual salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate s relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and the geographical location of the role.
