We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AM Line Cook to join our culinary team at our prestigious private country club. This role is responsible for executing high‑quality à la carte breakfast and lunch service in a fast‑paced, member‑focused environment. Weekend availability is essential, as this position plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during peak club hours.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute a la carte breakfast and lunch items to club standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely execution.
- Assist with prep work for upcoming services and events as needed.
- Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house staff to ensure member satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience, preferably in upscale or private club settings.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation techniques.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Serv Safe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
- Positive attitude and commitment to hospitality excellence.
- Morning shifts typically begin between 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
