Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Duties- Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of equipment, HVAC units, building utility systems, and grounds.
- Construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills.
- Follow a written planned maintenance program on mechanical, electrical, and systems equipment, including necessary documentation in permanent files.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications- A high school graduate/GED.
- Three to five years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of physical plant in a health care setting or a major industrial complex.
- Proficient in at least two building trades, with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range: $72,800 - $72,800 USD
