Full Stack Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain full-stack features across our web platform, from polished React UIs to robust C# backend services
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to ship meaningful improvements that directly affect our customers
• Take ownership of your work end-to-end — from scoping and development through testing and deployment
• Contribute to architectural decisions on a small, high-trust team where your voice matters

In your first 6–12 months, you'll:

• Independently deliver full-stack features that improve the experience for lenders, borrowers, and inspectors on our platform
• Develop a strong understanding of our construction lending domain and how the software supports it
• Become a reliable, collaborative contributor who raises the quality bar for the team

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience building full-stack web applications with a focus on clean, maintainable code
• Strong frontend skills with the ability to build intuitive, responsive UIs
• Solid backend experience designing and consuming APIs and working with relational databases
• A product mindset — you think about the user, not just the ticket

Bonus points if you have experience with React or C#/.NET .
