Substation Operations Maintenance Worker; Local - Grove, UT

• Assist Substation crews as needed.
• Perform general maintenance and cleanup of substation facilities and property as directed.
• Conduct substation inspections and documentation activities for all substation equipment.
• Collect equipment oil samples as directed.
• Transport materials and equipment for substations group as needed.
• Work in confined spaces and elevated work areas such as heights from ladders, structures, scaffolds, buckets, and boom trucks.
• Work independently or with others, sometimes during emergency conditions and long hours; responsible for tools, test equipment, and vehicles.

• High School Diploma, GED, or proof of equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Ability to work inside electrical substations.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement within six months of starting the position.
• Must possess or be able to obtain company‑required fixed and swing cab crane certifications within one year of starting the position.

The successful candidate must be able to live or move within a reasonable distance to the reporting work location.
