As we prepare to open our first location in Utah County this May, we’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who shares our passion for people, food, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, developing team members, and upholding the Chicken Salad Chick brand promise. You will play a key role in building the culture from day one.

Additionally, this position is on-the-job training for eventual promotion to GM as more locations are opened.

• Starting Base Pay: $16 - $20 per hour (Based on experience)
• Benefits: Options open for negotiation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team that reflects Chicken Salad Chick’s values
• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent hospitality
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Model a positive, servant-leadership mindset at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurants preferred
• Previous managerial or shift lead experience strongly desired
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to improving customer and community satisfaction in and out of the store
