Position Description

Chemical Technician works closely with direct reporting relationship to address all chemical application needs (fertilization, weed control, etc.) for client properties.

Chemical Technician

Essential Functions

• Cleans and maintains chemical spray equipment.
• Mixes chemicals as directed.
• As directed, anticipates, recommends, and applies chemicals as needed for assigned client properties.

Role Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Education)

• Possesses valid Utah chemical applicator license or is willing to obtain Utah chemical applicator license within 90 calendar days of date of hire.
• Possesses 2-3 years chemical application experience (preferred).
• Possesses valid Utah driver’s license.
• Possesses ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
• Demonstrates proficiency in:

Compensation

• $18.92 to $23.00 depending on qualifications and experience.
