Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or employees by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor activity and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to property management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control issues, disturbances, and/or lost property reports.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and/or other required documentation, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or local responders when appropriate.
