Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in a resource pool setting, requiring a NY RN license or proof of pending licensure.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital resource pool covering Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
- 12-hour night shifts are required
- Assignment duration is 4 weeks
- Role provides coverage as needed within resource pool assignments on various units
- A personal vehicle is required due to lack of accessible public transportation in the area
- Strict submission and documentation guidelines apply and incomplete profiles will not be considered
- Active NY RN license or proof of pending NY licensure required for consideration
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Relevant experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing required
- Submission must include SSN, date of birth, complete education details, and work history including bed count, EMR, and trauma level
- Two professional references from a nurse manager or supervisor, with one from the past 6 months and another from the last year, are required
- Documentation for any religious or medical exemption requests must be provided
