We are seeking a flexible and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. This role supports patients across the lifespan, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

• Contract Length: 16 weeks (with potential to extend up to 32 weeks)

• Shifts: 12-hour rotating Days/Nights

  • Hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM / 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

• Schedule: Rotation based on department needs

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (minimum)

• Call: Not required

• Minimum RT Experience: 1 year

• Specialty Experience: 1 year

• Travel Experience: Preferred (not required)

• Must be flexible and willing to support:

  • Hospital floors

  • Nursery

  • Emergency Department

• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NRP

• NRP: Required (or documented neonatal/pediatric experience/exposure)

• NY License: Required at submission

  • Proof of application with applied date accepted

  • NY licensing takes approximately 6–8 weeks

• EPIC Experience: Required within the past 2 years (non-negotiable)

• Ventilators:

  • Puritan Bennett 980 & 840

  • LTV 1200

• Charting: EPIC

• Medication System: Pyxis
