Edenbrook Platteville, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is a skilled nursing facility and we are seeking a Full-time Certified Dietary Manager.

• Create and maintain nutritious menus for residents, with an understanding of clinical aspects related to food in the Skilled Nursing environment
• Manage staff in the kitchen environment
• Schedule staff for proper service to residents in a timely fashion
• Ordering kitchen supplies as needed
• Oversee and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas

• Customer service oriented
• Certified as a Dietary Manager (or completing certification within a year of hire)
• Experienced in long-term care
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
