Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Transitions At Home, is currently seeking to hire a PRN Speech Language Pathologist.

What does a Transitions at Home Speech Language Pathologist do?

An Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Hours:

Flexible
  • Monday through Friday
  • No Holidays

Qualifications /

Job Requirements:
  • Active Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Two (2) years’ experience preferred.
  • CPR Certification
  • A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
