As we are entering a new phase of growth and excitement within KRONE America, we are looking for a Store Service Manager to join the team at our Platteville WI store. Reporting to the Store Manager, the key accountabilities of the role include:

• Communicates and interacts with retail and internal customers
• Responsible for matching staff with proven skills to perform tasks accordingly
• Initiates and monitors work orders for the proper/appropriate use of service parts and technician time to include parts being used and labor expended
• Decide on warranty decisions and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer
• Communicates all new policies, procedures, updates, changes, and company information on a timely basis
• Schedules training utilizing company sessions, bulletins, and meetings to ensure the needs are met for working with retail and internal customers
• Handles all customer complaints or disputes to achieve a satisfactory solution for allparties involved
• Assists all suppliers with any constructive input to help with research and development

For this role, the prerequisite is experience and proven success in a similar role.
