Dealership Parts Counterperson

Pioneer Ford Sales is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Department. This role is ideal for an automotive parts specialist with customer service and parts sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced Ford dealership environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians with parts sales, inventory, and special orders while delivering excellent service.

• Manage the parts sales process from initial request through order completion

• Assist retail and internal customers with parts selection and availability

• Work closely with the Parts Manager to locate parts not currently in stock

• Process and track special-order parts for customers and technicians

• Communicate order status and updates to customers and dealership staff

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive parts

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or parts counter role preferred

• Prior Ford dealership experience a plus

• General knowledge of automotive systems and parts

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer skills; experience with dealership software preferred

• Strong math, reading, and organizational skills

• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and parts systems

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership service or parts department preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
