Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Control access at entrances and/or vehicle gates by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry and exit logs, and directing traffic flow as needed;
Monitor cameras, alarm panels, and/or access control systems and report irregular activity, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the building, dock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations
