Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Transportation Specialist to join our team in providing non-emergency transportation services. This position is critical in ensuring that our clients receive safe, reliable, and courteous service to meet their transportation needs efficiently.

• Safely transport clients to and from various destinations, including medical appointments, social services, and other non-emergency commitments.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival and departure.
• Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and drop-offs, mileage, and fuel consumption for company reporting purposes.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
• Provide assistance and support to clients while entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by being friendly, courteous, and attentive to client needs.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies at all times.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment.
• Excellent navigational and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Flexible schedule and the willingness to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and active movement in and out of the vehicle.
