CDL-A - Intermodal truck driver

Join Schneider as a CDL‑A Intermodal truck driver. The role requires a minimum of 3 months of CDL experience and involves driving freight containers secured to company‑owned chassis.

• Haul freight containers secured to company‑owned chassis.
• Work 100% no‑touch freight that is 50% drop‑and‑hook.
• Drive in and out of railyards with 200 miles of Mesquite, TX.

• Hourly pay and load pay, with total weekly pay ranging from $1,130 to $1,380.
• Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months.
• 6 days of holiday pay per year and up to 3% annual bonus based on gross pay.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Required to drive at night.
• Tanker endorsement and Haz Mat endorsement strongly preferred.
• Live within 40 miles of Mesquite, TX.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
