Akkodis is seeking an SAP ABAP Developer (S/4
HANA) for a Hybrid Contract opportunity based in Plano, TX
. The role requires deep ABAP development experience, strong S/4
HANA expertise, and the ability to collaborate with functional teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions, enhancements, workflows, and Fiori applications.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $56/hour

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Developing and enhancing SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, workflows, and enhancements using best practices
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring SAP workflows integrated with Fiori to automate business processes
- Building CDS views, Core Data Services models, and AMDPs for optimized S/4
HANA data processing - Developing and customizing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData services (required), BRF+ (preferred), and SAP Gateway
- Collaborating with functional teams to gather requirements and produce comprehensive technical specifications
- Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and supporting UAT cycles to ensure high‑quality deliverables
- Troubleshooting issues across ABAP, workflows, CDS, Fiori, OData, and S/4
HANA technologies - Applying strong object‑oriented programming concepts in ABAP within S/4 environments
- 9–12 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer
- 4+ years hands‑on S/4
HANA ABAP experience - Strong experience with CDS views, AMDP, OData Services, and SAPUI5
- Experience in Fiori workflow development, enhancements, conversions, and custom development
- Solid knowledge of S/4
HANA data models and performance tuning - Strong communication and collaboration skills

$50.00 to $56.00 per hour
