Plano, TX. 3 days a week on site.

• 5+ years of strong hands‑on React development (ideally React SMEs).
• Large enterprise experience preferred.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and core principles, and popular state‑management libraries (Redux or MobX).
• UI testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX developer with a focus on React and related technologies.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and core principles, and popular state‑management libraries.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, with experience creating visually appealing and user‑friendly interfaces.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with UI testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
• Strong leadership skills, guiding and mentoring a team of UI/UX developers.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
