Sr. SRE & AI Engineer

Overall experience: 5+ years’ experience performing Production Support for Mission Critical, high performance applications (Customer Care, Retail and eCommerce customer/agent facing application experience preferred).

Experience using Docker, Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure Cloud, Unix, Networking and troubleshooting knowledge.

Experience with Application & Infrastructure Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace.

Experience with Application Log Analytics tools like Elastic.

Experience with visualization tools like Kibana and Grafana.

EFK stack experience preferred.

Creation of Dashboards on Dynatrace, ELK and Grafana.

Experience in Relational & No

SQL databases like Oracle & Cassandra.

Experience with Site Reliability Engineering preferred.

Generative AI and Workflow Automation skills – Demonstrated experience leveraging AI driven tools for automating end to end operational workflows.

Demonstrated experience using Text Generative & Code Generative AI Models – Automation, Gen AI & Agentic Workflow Technical Skills to include GPT 4o LLM.

Advanced Lang Graph and Lang Chain, Google Dialog Flow (Api.ai), Google Vertex, Databricks, Spark, Snowflake.

The pay range for this role is $130,000- $150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
