About the role

As a Full Stack Lead
, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure applications that power business-critical solutions. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java J2EE
  , Spring Boot
  , and Microservices
  .
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
• Develop user interfaces using one of the modern front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js
  .
• Build connections to Test Data Management tools like Gen Rocket to provide self-service capabilities for generating synthetic data.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings to share knowledge and improve processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously enhance development practices.

• At least 8+ years of experience as Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java J2EE and one front-end technology (
  React
  , or Vue.js
  ).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
  , Spring MVC
  , and related Spring modules (e.g., Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML
  .
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g.,
  MySQL
  , PostgreSQL
  ) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate
  .
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker
  .
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git
  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with AWS cloud platform
  .
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Git Lab CI
  .
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  .
• Scripting experience in Python
  .
• Familiarity with Test Data Management tools such as Gen Rocket
  .
