Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Architect with a deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns, capable of leading full‑stack solution design throughout the application lifecycle.
Experience:
10+ years total, including 6+ years of Full‑Stack development and 4+ years recently focused on architecture. Proficiency in AWS and hands‑on development with Java Spring Boot microservices is required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (mandatory);
Master’s is a good to have.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing full‑stack solutions using microservices, streaming, and event‑driven architectures.
- Creating and maintaining architectural documentation to support system integrity and knowledge sharing.
- Leading the adoption of software patterns, reference architecture, and reusable frameworks.
- Mentoring and coaching developers on design, code quality, and maintainability.
- Collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Required qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and hands‑on development (Java Spring, Spring Boot, microservices).
- Full‑Stack Solution Architect experience with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of networking, security, data management, Dev Ops, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
Contract:
12 months onsite with possibility for conversion.
