Job Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Objects Configuration, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, JavaScript Batch/Scheduled/Queueable Apex, Test Classes, Workflows, Approval Process, Assignment Rules, Process Builder, Flow, REST API, SOAP API, Lightning Components, and App Builder Configuration.
• 3+ years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
• Platform Developer 2 certification.

Technical Leadership

Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high quality development and adherence to best practices.

Architecture & Design

Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and system architecture.

Development & Implementation

• Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations.

Integration & Data Management

• Design and manage integrations with third‑party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Code Reviews & Best Practices

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.

Training & Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
• Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events.
