Lead Software Engineer – React Frontend Lead

As a core technical contributor, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, market‑leading web applications. You will work within an agile team, collaborating with designers, back‑end developers, and business stakeholders to create high‑quality, ADA‑compliant products.

• Lead and develop high‑quality web applications using React and related libraries.
• Implement state‑management solutions (Redux, Context API) to handle data flow.
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into functional UI components.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs with ADA compatibility.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
• Promote a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  
  JS.
• Strong understanding of Figma and other design tools.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with build and deploy tools like Webpack and Vite.
• Practical cloud native experience.

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
