Key ResponsibilitiesThe Electrical Engineer (hardware & software) will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of test equipment software and embedded systems hardware and related firmware/software. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable integration between hardware and software components, as well as continuous performance optimization and post‑production support.
Minimum Qualifications- 2–5 years of design, development, and implementation of new embedded systems hardware and associated firmware/software. Design, develop, and implement new test systems hardware and associated firmware/software.
- 2–5 years of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to existing AC PDUs (power distribution units) hardware and its corresponding test program (C language).
- 2–5 years of building applications for the Windows Operating System, using MS Tools like Visual Studio, and languages C, C#, or C++ to create Desktop apps (WinUI, Win API).
- Design, develop, and implement new test systems hardware and associated firmware/software.
- Ability to analyze test data, monitor test performance, enhance product and test system performance, efficiency (AC to AC), and scalability.
- Provide post‑production support, including debugging, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, installation guides, debugging procedures, and other system‑related information, while ensuring proper version control.
- Contribute to the creation and protection of intellectual property (IP) assets arising from design and development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in embedded systems design and development.
- Proficiency in C/C++, microcontroller architecture, and real‑time operating systems (RTOS).
- Programming experience with I2C, CAN, TCP/IP, and Modus
485 communication protocols. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skill.
