We are excited to welcome an experienced Glazier to manage both Residential and Commercial service projects. The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of glass products in various properties. Your role will include measuring, cutting, installing, and repairing glass in windows, doors, storefronts, and more!

• Glass Installation:
  • Measure, cut, and install glass in windows, mirrors, doors, and other fixtures.
  • Precisely interpret measurements using a tape measure.
  • Securely fit glass into frames and sashes with appropriate sealing.
  • Install tempered, laminated, and insulated glass as needed.
• Glass Repair and Maintenance:
  • Evaluate and repair damaged glass in various installations.
  • Perform glass replacements and sealant applications.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on glass repairs and upgrades.
• Customer Service and Communication:
  • Engage with clients to determine their glass needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Deliver prompt and accurate service estimates.
  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Utilize job-related mobile applications efficiently.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow safety protocols when handling glass and using tools.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple service requests effectively.
  • Coordinate with team members or subcontractors for complex projects.
  • Keep detailed records of completed work.
• Tool and Equipment Maintenance:
  • Operate and maintain glass-working tools and equipment.
  • Report any malfunctions of tools or equipment.
• Emergency Services:
  • Provide fast emergency glass repair services.
  • Respond quickly to urgent service requests.

• Experience: 3-5 years in both residential and commercial glazing.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of glass techniques, excellent communication, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Education/Certification: High school diploma (required). Trade school certification preferred. Valid driver's license is essential.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work at heights.

Work Environment: Work takes place on residential and commercial job sites in various weather conditions while following strict safety protocols.
